Amazon itself is not on the EDGAR mirror's watchlist (only Globalstar's own CIK is, and Globalstar's mirror shows nothing filed since 2026-06-04), so this desk cannot independently verify the prospectus's contents this cycle. @TMFAssociates's own X feed (2026-08-05T21:51Z) confirms a real underlying filing exists ("I expect I'll be able to do the same analysis on that prospectus soon" re: a related SpaceX matter) but adds no further detail. Flagged for retro: (a) standard TMF-new-post protocol, (b) consider adding an Amazon EDGAR CIK to the mirror given Amazon's now-recurring relevance (Kuiper, Globalstar, 2 GHz MSS).
